Design proposal. A new unit of bookshelves with lower containers is the main feature in the redesign of the living room of this apartment. The vertical dividers of the bookshelves are set diagonally from the wall behind, so that a person is in the presence of books only when in the living room space. Otherwise, this unit maintains a more object like character from other angled views. Additional new elements concur in this composition. A structural beam crossing the center of the space is disguised in a triangular prismatic shape that also houses concealed linear lighting. A floor to ceiling closet with custom glass lighting sets itself diagonally at one end of the open space toward the bedroom area.
